Senior Vice President
Al Daxner, Senior Vice President, has over 25 years of investment experience as an accomplished institutional client service, sales and marketing leader. Al is responsible for leading Barrantagh’s institutional client service and marketing efforts.
Prior to joining Barrantagh, Al was Executive Vice President & Managing Director at McLean Budden for over 13 years where he focused on institutional client service and marketing. During this tenure he developed strong relationships with institutional sponsors and consultants and was a regular presenter at industry conferences. Prior to McLean Budden, Al worked at Ernst & Young Investment Consulting and was a financial analyst at SEI.
Al is a CFA charter holder, with an MBA and undergraduate degree in Biochemistry from McMaster University. Al serves on the National Audit & Finance Committee of the Canadian Red Cross.
